Our policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached. Denim that shows signs of wear (creasing, fading, stretching, indigo transfer) cannot be accepted for return.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be difficult, especially with heavyweight denim that hasn't been worn before. If you need a different size, we're happy to arrange an exchange.

For exchanges:

  • No restocking fee. The 10% fee is waived when you exchange for a different size or model of equal or greater value.
  • Return shipping is on us. We provide a prepaid return label for exchanges.
  • Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, original tags attached.

If your preferred size is out of stock at the time of exchange, we'll offer you a full refund or place the item on hold until it becomes available — your choice.

How to initiate a return or exchange

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you'd like a return (refund) or exchange
  • If exchanging: the size or model you'd like instead
  • A brief description of the reason (helps us improve)

We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and, for exchanges, a prepaid return label.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will reflect the 10% restocking fee where applicable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong model), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

EU consumer rights

Your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected by this policy. EU customers have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving goods, as provided by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
