Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in China. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 7 business days of payment, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CST, China Standard Time) on working days are typically dispatched the same day.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Heavyweight denim (20oz and above) weighs more and may incur slightly higher shipping costs.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside of China, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your package has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund.
Order issues
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged package, or an incomplete order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
